Committed to a greener future, we’re reducing our footprint through hybrid work, a digital-first approach to cut paper, energy-efficient offices, and prioritising local, ethical suppliers. We’re also exploring green energy and setting clear sustainability goals for the long term.

In 2024, we reduced our office paper usage by over 80%, moving to digital documentation and cloud-based systems.

• Our team takes part in volunteer days, giving time back to projects that matter, whether that’s a beach clean-up or mentoring in schools.
